At UNFIND, we create products thoughtfully and strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is defective.

You received the wrong product.

You received the wrong size compared to what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product must be provided.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster resolution.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
As each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Color preferences.
-
Personal preferences regarding design.
-
Minor color variations between screen display and printed product.
-
Size variations within ±0.5 inches.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Order Number

Photos of the product
-
Photos of the packaging
-
Unboxing video (if available)
Once verified, we will provide either:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund
at our discretion.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed lost during transit, we will:

Send a replacement, or
-
Issue a full refund
based on customer preference and product availability.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Courier issues

Weather conditions
-
High order volumes
-
Public holidays
-
Operational disruptions
Delivery delays alone do not qualify for refunds unless the shipment is confirmed lost.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect product
UNFIND will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once an order enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
